Aisha Jamila Hinds was born in the United States and is best-known for her role on The Shield. She has proven her versatility since 2003 by delivering amazing performances on television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit as well as 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. In the months before releasing Provoked: A True Story 2006 in English and then returning to Bollywood to play the lead role on Dhoom: 2 (2006 smash hit). She married Abhishek Bachchan, a co-star, who is the child of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage was a chance to bring two of India's most powerful personalities together.
